Catching up with 2026 Trends and On the Horizon News

It is so exciting to us 2026 is here. With the arrival of a new year, we are celebrating our 2026 weddings as well as welcoming our new 2027 clients. This year feels quite magical if you ask me! It seems as wedding vendors we are evolving into a new industry more capable than ever before in delivering excellent results for clients.

Since I started my business, I’ve seen quite a few trends come and go. When I started, the rustic look was everything, trends have now move into a more chic, sophisticated and clean design with a particular focus on the wedding guest experience. Weddings are no longer one day affairs, they are multi day celebrations, each holding unique meaning for our clients. Technology is also changing the landscape of event planning, event design and interactions.

For 2026 and beyond, as a company I am redirecting focus on a slight rebrand to better position what makes Harlow & Dahlia Events stand out in the events world. The locations we service as wedding planners such as Vermont and New York City, the services we offer and the team behind it all.

I look forward to sharing more about Harlow & Dahlia Events with clients and partners/vendors, past, present and future in our website, social media, calls and most exciting of all: in person, the old fashioned way of events! We hope to meet the future of events with our ability to celebrate the present!
