Located in Vermont, we have had the pleasure of working at some of Vermont’s most prominent event venues.
With Vermont’s ability to sustain a range of private property events, our planning team are experts at scoping out logistics with each individual land terrain. We collaborate with rental companies to craft a custom action plan that is suitable to private property owners looking to plan large scale private events or weddings.
New England
In addition to our work in Vermont, we love to plan weddings all through beautiful New England. Our wedding planning services extend to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts including Boston & The Berkshires, New Hampshire, upstate New York and Rhode Island. We have experience working with all types of venues in this distinct landscape from outdoor tented receptions to private clubs and venues with prebuilt indoor reception spaces. The Harlow & Dahlia Events experience extends to these locations to plan timeless events.

With Claudia being a New York City native, it was an inevitable step to continue our expansion into New York City’s venues. The city that never sleeps has lended itself to some of the country’s most enthusiastic and diverse venues. Our expertise in knowledge within the city’s landscapes, vendors and lifestyle has positioned us to plan wedding and events that infuse creative design. We have planned weddings in well renowned venues such as the New York Botanical Gardens in the heart of NYC.

Claudia being an avid traveler, destination events are a natural extension to our services.
Our travel expertise and fluency in languages allow us to create meaningful weddings and events internationally with a particular focus on the individual country the wedding or event will be hosted in.
Our experience with multicultural events ranges to include Cartagena, Colombia inspired design, Italian & French wedding design, Latin American and The Caribbean event design and wedding planning.
